Wiley Cortez was born in Riverside, Ca, east of Los Angeles. He grew up surrounded by violence, gangs, & gun culture. Watching his family struggle to provide for them, Wiley realized he needed to make his move which inspired him to search for a better life, starting at GRD ZRO (Ground Zero).
Even with all the hardships, Wiley made time to develop himself and exchange for his hard work, struggle, & pain.
From there, his business' eventually materialized and created professional success.
